Delivery time
Our furniture is made to order. Production takes from 5-10 working days.
Assembly
Our furniture arrives fully assembled. Dining tables and some outdoor pieces arrive with the top and legs packed separately, and fitting them takes 5 to 10 minutes and one screwdriver.
Choose from available frame finishes and cushion colors on any product page. For COM (customer's own material) or special dimensions, contact us directly before ordering.
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the piece is unused and in its original condition. Email team@sulbstuff.com and we will arrange it. Return shipping is paid by you at the carrier's actual rate. We confirm the exact amount before anything is collected.
When will my order ship?
Unless otherwise stated, orders ship within 1-2 weeks (excluding holidays). Tracking is emailed once your label is created.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges on eligible domestic orders within 14 days of delivery.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund—just include your order number and photos.
