Care & materials
Wipe the frame with a damp cloth. Take off the cushion cover and wash it in the machine at 30°C. If you have a velvet cover, brush it after washing to keep it soft. Keep the stool away from direct sunlight.
Delivery & returns
Your stool is made after you order it. It will be ready in 3 to 4 weeks. We bring it to your home and put it together for you. If there is a problem with how it was made, you can return it within 14 days. We do not accept returns on custom orders.
